Republican rule of our state government has made Texas’ economy and infrastructure weaker, the rich richer, and our cost of living is skyrocketing. Our schools were once safe havens for children and teachers, but now they are laboratories for right-wing policy experiments and targets of mass shooters. Texas Republicans want to eliminate the few freedoms we have left.
Our democracy is at a crossroads. That’s why I’m running for reelection to serve as your state representative - because when Republicans are working overtime in the Texas Capitol to silence your voice and your vote - it’s up to me and my Democratic colleagues to fight back against Republican tyranny and restore freedom to Texas.
But in order to get our state on the right track, I need your help and your vote. The strength of the Democratic resistance in the Texas Capitol depends on strong support from Democratic voters. Cast your vote, bring your friends and family to vote, and get more involved in our campaign for change.
